My payment could not be processed. What should I do?

If the payment could not be processed, your account has automatically been blocked. FAIRTIQ tries to make the payment every night. As soon as the payment works, your account will be unblocked.

If you are paying with credit card / PostFinance, please double check if your card has expired or been replaced. If yes, just add the new card details in the FAIRTIQ app. If your card has not expired, please call your financial institute / bank for further help.

For "Swisscom EasyPay" (Switzerland only) customers please call Swisscom directly (0800 800 800) 

You can also change your mean of payments in the menu "settings" on FAIRTIQ...

...In Switzerland, you can use:

  • a credit card (VISA, Mastercard)
  • a PostFinance account
  • Easypay (payment via the phone bill for Swisscom customers)

...In Austria, you can use:

  • a credit card (VISA, Mastercard)
  • Paypal
