Payment could not be processed

If your outstanding payment could no be processed please follow the following steps:

  • For credit cards and PostFinance card please double check if it has expired or been replaced. If yes, just add the new card details in the FAIRTIQ app. If no, please call your financial institute / bank for further help.
  • For "Swisscom EasyPay" customers please call Swisscom directly (0800 800 800)
