If you have a Samsung phone - this paragraph is highly important as location errors are frequent on Samsung.
Go to your phone settings > Apps > FAIRTIQ*. Make sure that Remove permissions if app is unused is disabled
Go to your phone settings > Apps > FAIRTIQ* > Battery. Select Unrestricted
Go to your phone settings > Battery and device care > Battery > Background usage limits. Make sure that Put unused apps to sleep is disabled
Go to your phone settings > Battery and device care > Battery > More battery settings. Make sure that Adaptive battery is disabled.
Note: if adaptive battery is enabled, FAIRTIQ will be mostly unable to use location data as soon as the app is not open on the screen anymore. The lower the battery is, the worse the GPS location quality.
