FAIRTIQ does not work. What can I do?

There are multiple reasons why FAIRTIQ could not be working:

  • The user was blocked, for example due to the incapacity to process a payment.
  • FAIRTIQ was installed on a device which does not comply with the technical requirements
  • Newer versions of FAIRTIQ are available, but have not been installed yet.

If the app crashed, or was closed during a journey it can be restarted. If a restart does not help the phone can be restarted. If a restart does not help reinstall the app. If all those actions do not help, please purchase a valid ticket e.g. at a ticket vending machine, counter, bus driver etc. and contact our support.
