The app does not let me check-out. What shall I do?

1. Close the FAIRTIQ app completely. 

  • iPhone: push twice on the home-button / swipe up to activate multitask mode. A list with all your active apps will appear. Close FAIRTIQ by swiping it up.
  • Android: press the home button for a prolonged period of time. A list with all your active apps will appear. Close FAIRTIQ by swiping it left or right.

2. Restart FAIRTIQ and perform a check-out.

If the journey has not been correctly priced, please contact our customer support via the app.
