What should I do in case of ticket control?

In case of ticket control, open FAIRTIQ and click on “View Ticket” (only available if you have correctly checked-in). Your ticket will be displayed on the screen and will be scanned by the agent.

Please note that the ticket is personal (linked to name and date of birth). You therefore might be asked to present an ID-Card.

Remember that if you did not check-in before the start of your journey, you are travelling without a valid ticket.
