What do I have to do after my journey?

As soon as you leave the vehicle, you are required to perform a check-out by moving the slider in the app from right to left. As soon as you stopped a journey the app will calculate the journey and its price. Once the ticket has been defined, you can start a new journey.

FAIRTIQ requires an accurate GPS location to check-out. If the system does not locate you, please make sure to 1) turn on WIFI on your smartphone and 2) go out of the building. 

Please note that it is not possible to check-out in a moving vehicle.
