If you forgot to stop your trip, please do so immediately and wait for the price to be displayed.

In many cases, FAIRTIQ will be able to correct the error automatically. If, however, FAIRTIQ charged more, please open your journey history and report the wrong trip. Our customer support will analyze the case and get back to you.

To avoid future occurrences, make sure to activate check-out reminders and Smart Stop
