I have forgotten to check-out at the end of the journey. What shall I do?

Please check-out as soon as you notice the error.

Then, open your trip history and file a request to the customer support explaining what happened. Please state the start and end location of your trip.

Note that a forgotten check-out generally gives no right for reimbursement.
