In accordance with our Privacy Policy, the travel data shall be retained for after-sales services of our partner transportation companies and for the purpose of combating abuse for 12 months after the end of the trip. Subsequently, anonymisation of this data takes place, so that no conclusions about the customers are possible anymore.

If you would like to delete your account before the anonymisation of your data, you can request the deletion by tapping the dedicated button in the FAIRTIQ app, under menu > settings > account > delete account.

If you do not have the app installed anymore, please contact us via this website and we will help you proceed with the deletion of your account.
