Why does FAIRTIQ collect data?
In order to comply with national ticketing standards, FAIRTIQ has to personalise the ticket. FAIRTIQ only requires the personal data which is needed for that purpose. All personal data is safely and securely stored by FAIRTIQ. For the continuous development and upgrading of our product, we solely use anonymised data.
What is recorded?
As much as necessary, but as little as possible. Data is needed for route determination, check-out notifications and billing purposes.
How long is it stored?
As long as necessary, but as short as possible. We store data to prevent misuse and for the event of a complaint.
How is it used?
The continuous improvement of the user experience and the product rely exclusively on anonymised data.
