- Single adult tickets can be purchased via the FAIRTIQ app. The price is calculated via a beeline (distance-) fare. There is a price cap within a 24-hour period.

From May 1, 2023, the monthly eezy.nrw price limit of 49€ will apply in the FAIRTIQ app.
- The monthly costs for journeys with FAIRTIQ in NRW are therefore a maximum of 49€.
- Only driven routes will be billed (0 journeys will not incur any costs)
- Even after reaching the monthly limit of 49€, you have to check in and out before each trip.
- After each trip, the standard prices of the eezy fare are displayed in the app
- Spending over 49€ in North Rhine-Westphalia until the end of the month will be compensated by a credit.
- The credit is automatically deducted from the next bill.
