Justificatif for employer reimbursement with the += offer
The +=Flex, +=0 and +=- offers provide unmatched flexibility and can be partially covered by the employer. A purchase receipt (justificatif) is automatically sent at the beginning of the month to all users who travelled with FAIRTIQ in Occitanie, containing the total += expenses of the previous month. Although the justificatif does not include travel details, it has the same value as a purchase receipt for a traditional subscription.
We are delighted that you are using one of the += offers, which provide unmatched flexibility!
As with other subscriptions, part of the total += amount may be covered by your employer.
To this end, you will automatically receive, at the beginning of each month, a "Justificatif d'Achat Abonnement +=" which contains your total += expenses from the previous month (see example below). This document is designed to meet all legal requirements and explicitly states that it is a subscription.
To ensure you receive this justificatif, please make sure your email address is correctly registered in your FAIRTIQ app, without typos or errors.
New justificatif from May 2025
Following your feedback, we updated the employer justificatif in May 2025. This explains some of the differences you may notice. In particular:
- The justificatif is now also sent to users of +=0.
- The total trips and benefits amount now includes all credits—not just the savings pot (cagnotte).
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
The justificatif is automatically sent at the beginning of the following month (1st or 2nd day) to all users who used one of the += offers during the previous month (+=Flex, +=0 or +=-). Only users who have registered a valid email address in their FAIRTIQ account will receive it.
Your employer is misinformed: the justificatif for += offers is a confirmation of a subscription purchase that holds the same value as a traditional subscription receipt. While this new format may require some adaptation on your employer's side, it also presents a major benefit: they only reimburse trips you actually made. Buying a subscription "just in case" is now a thing of the past!
Note: the justificatif cannot be modified or customized. All employers receive the same version.
That’s correct. The += offers are based on actual travel, regardless of origin or destination. As a result, the justificatif does not contain a list of individual trips.
You can always view your history in the FAIRTIQ app (menu > history). You also received your FAIRTIQ invoices by email (PDF) during the month. These two options can be used to justify your trips to your employer.
Correct. This is intentional, as traditional subscriptions can also be used for personal travel.
