- Open your FAIRTIQ app, then the "☰" menu, then "History"
- In the list, find the trip in question and select it.
- Under the trip details, click on "I have a question about this journey".

- Open your FAIRTIQ app, then the "☰" menu, then "Contact"
- You will find a contact form there.
