Our complaint handling

If you have a complaint, please contact us first via our in-app support or at via this contact form. We will try to resolve your issue promptly.

ADR within the European Economic Area (EEA)

We do not generally commit to participate in consumer ADR. We will only use an ADR body where we are legally required to do so in a particular country or sector. If and when such a requirement applies, we provide the details of the competent ADR body below.

France

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code concerning the mediation of consumer disputes (« le processus de médiation des litiges de la consommation »), consumers in France, and only where French law requires it, may use a free consumer mediation procedure with the following médiateur de la consommation (consumer mediator) after contacting us and if their complaint remains unresolved:

CM2C
49 rue de Ponthieu
75 008 PARIS
Tel: +33 1 89 47 00 14
https://www.cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php
litiges@cm2c.net

Please note that the mediator can only be seized under the conditions set by law (for example: prior contact with us, eligibility of the dispute, time limits). If the mediator declares the case out of scope, the matter cannot be handled by that mediator.

Other EEA countries

In all other EEA countries where we operate, we do not participate in consumer ADR unless a binding legal obligation applies or we expressly state otherwise.

Right to go to court

Your statutory rights, including the right to bring a claim before the competent courts, remain unaffected.
