The FAIRTIQ Bonus is a rewarding program that lets you save on public transport costs by traveling more with FAIRTIQ. Depending on your location, the program works slightly differently. Below, you'll find detailed information about the FAIRTIQ Bonus. Explore how you can maximize your savings and make the most of this exciting offer!
The FAIRTIQ Bonus rewards you based on the number of days you travel with FAIRTIQ within the participating network each month. There are three bonus levels to unlock:
- 5% Bonus ๐ฑ: Once youโve travelled on at least 3 days in a month with FAIRTIQ, youโll receive a 5% discount on all your upcoming rides until you reach the next level.
- 10% Bonus ๐ฟ: After travelling on at least 7 days in a month with FAIRTIQ, your discount increases to 10% for all rides taken after reaching this level โ until you reach the next one.
- 15% Bonus ๐ณ: Travel on at least 11 days in a month with FAIRTIQ and enjoy a 15% discount on all subsequent rides for the rest of the month.
Your bonus level resets at the beginning of every new month. This means you get a fresh chance to climb the levels and enjoy awesome discounts every single month!
You can check your current bonus level anytime in the "Benefits" section of your FAIRTIQ app.
The FAIRTIQ Bonus applies only to rides that start and end completely within the tariff zones. The bonus is available for the primary traveler and only for trips in the 2nd class.
The FAIRTIQ Bonus is activated automatically once you reach the required number of travel days in a month. No extra registration or activation is needed. Just ride and save!

Level up your bonus ๐ฎ
- 5% Bonus ๐ฑ: From CHF 10 monthly spend, you receive a 5% discount on all eligible journeys until you reach the next level.
- 10% Bonus ๐ฟ: From CHF 50 monthly spend, your discount increases to 10% on all eligible journeys until the next level.
- 20% Bonus ๐ณ: From CHF 100 monthly spend, you benefit from a 20% discount on all eligible journeys for the rest of the month.

The FAIRTIQ Bonus is available in selected regions, thanks to our transport partners:

You can track your current level, total spend and progress to the next level anytime in the app under Menu > Promotions > FAIRTIQ Bonus Switzerland.
Only journeys that start and end within the same participating bonus region are eligible. Trips between regions or outside bonus regions are not included.
The FAIRTIQ Bonus applies to the primary traveller and only for 2nd class journeys.
Your discount is applied automatically and deducted directly from your invoice.
Your progress towards the next level is calculated based on the discounted price of your journeys, not the original fare.
Your bonus resets at the beginning of each month, giving you a fresh chance to level up again.
No activation is needed. The FAIRTIQ Bonus is applied automatically as soon as you start traveling in a participating region.
- Only journeys within the same bonus region count towards your bonus.
- TPF JobAbo cannot be used for bonus-discounted journeys. These will be charged separately.
