The FAIRTIQ Bonus is a rewarding program that lets you save on public transport costs by traveling more with FAIRTIQ. Depending on your location, the program works slightly differently. The FAIRTIQ Bonus rewards you based on the number of days you travel with FAIRTIQ within the participating network each month. There are three bonus levels to unlock:

5% Bonus π±: Travel on at least 3 days in a month with FAIRTIQ and get a 5% discount on all your rides until you reach the next bonus level.

10% Bonus πΏ: Travel on at least 7 days in a month with FAIRTIQ and enjoy a 10% discount on all your rides until the next level up!

15% Bonus π³: Travel on at least 11 days in a month with FAIRTIQ and benefit from a fantastic 15% discount on all your rides for the rest of the month!
Your bonus level resets at the beginning of every new month. This means you get a fresh chance to climb the levels and enjoy awesome discounts every single month!
You can check your current bonus level anytime in the "Benefits" section of your FAIRTIQ app.
The FAIRTIQ Bonus applies only to rides that start and end completely within the tariff zones. The bonus is available for the primary traveler and only for trips in the 2nd class.
The FAIRTIQ Bonus is activated automatically once you reach the required number of travel days in a month. No extra registration or activation is needed. Just ride and save!
Travel at least 5 days during a calendar month within the limits of a participating tariff communities:
- AUTO AG Uri
- Frimobil
- LIEmobil
- Mobilis
- Onde Verte
- Ostwind
- TV Zug
You will receive a FAIRTIQ bonus corresponding to 5% of the total ticket costs of your trips within the limits of a participating tariff community. The sales generated by cross-community trips are not counted.
The bonus will be credited to your FAIRTIQ account on the 2nd day of the following month.
The bonus credit is valid 1 month after being issued and will be automatically deducted from your next trips.
