FAIRTIQ provides various types of tickets to meet different travel needs

FAIRTIQ sells all VVV single tickets and day passes, as well as tickets within the Kombitarif with Liechtenstein (VVV-LIE-mobil).

I would like to add my VVV yearly pass to FAIRTIQ. How can I do that?

To add your VVV yearly pass to FAIRTIQ, you need to enter the card number on the app (the number is available at the back of the card - it starts with 2018..., only the part with "/"). If you cannot link your pass, please contact our customer service.

Please remember that you still have to start/stop your journey so that you are travelling with a valid ticket. It is also necessary to start a journey with a valid annual travelcard, and the journey will be charged at EUR 0.

Will my ÖBB-Vorteilscard be considered?

The ÖBB-Vorteilscard is only valid for trains operated by ÖBB and on tickets purchased at ÖBB. Unfortunately, VVV is not allowed to sell the ÖBB-tariffs due to missing contractual agreements. Therefore the ÖBB-Vorteilscard cannot be added to FAIRTIQ.
