FAIRTIQ in North Rhine-Westphalia
You can use FAIRTIQ for trips on all lines (bus, trams, regional trains, regional express and S-Bahn) in the entire state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
FAIRTIQ is not valid on long-distance trains (ICE, IC).
North Rhine-Westphalia is divided into four fare zones. Each fare zone has slightly different prices for the beeline fare.
