2nd or 1st class? Half fare travelcard? Have another pass? Work trip?
Before starting your trip, make sure to have selected the right ticket settings.
Your current ticket settings appear on the main page of the app. To change them, simply click on them. These settings can't be changed during a trip.
You will be able to select the type of ticket:
- Select the travel class
- Add a pass/card*
- ๐ Payment profiles "Personal" and "Work"
* If you are in Switzerland, you can add your Swisspass, so that all of your passes and cards, as well as your half-fare, will be automatically added to your FAIRTIQ account. Discover more here.
